Tripe


Ingredients: 3 l water, 2 cubes concentrated bullion, 1,5 kg beef tripe, 4-5 carrots, 1 leek, 0,5 celery, a big onion, bay leaf, pimento, peppercorns, TRIPE SEASONING, marjoram, LIDERETTA, salt and pepper.
Instruction: wash the tripe, put into boiling water, boil for 20-30min. Filter and wash a little. Repeat it twice, or tree times until tripe soften. Drain the tripe, let in cool. Slice into thin slices. Put 3 l water, cut vegetables, bay leaf, pimento, pepper, bullion cubes/bars, TRIPE SEASONING and tripe into a pot and boil. When is soft, add some flour to 0,5 l water, mix and add to tripe. Boil. Season with tomato puree.
