Ingredients: 70 dag mince meat, 2 stale rolls, 2 eggs, 2 onions, half cabbage, marjoram, salt, paper, MINCE MEAT SEASONING, fat for frying.
Instruction: mix the eat with cut onions, eggs, marjoram, and MINCE MEAT SEASONING. Drench the rolls, squeeze them add to meat. Slice the cabbage, steam it and season. Cool it, add to the meat. Mix thoroughly, for balls, fry in a pan. Serve with potatoes and tomato sauce.
