Pork stew with onion.


Ingredients: 70 dag of pork (ham or pork shoulder) 3 big onions, 1 spoon flour, oil for flying, SASONING FOR GLILLED AND ROASTED MEAT, salt and pepper.
Instruction: wash, dry and rub with the SEASONING FOR GRILLED ANF ROASTED MEAT, flour it. Fry in both sides in a hot pan. Put into a dish ass some water. Cut the onions and fry them. Stew in the dish, water a bit. Then the meat is soft, slice it, pour it with the sauce with onion. Serve with potatoes and cabbage.
