Pork with bacon and tomatoes.


Ingredients: 1kg of pork loin, few slices of smokes bacon, 2 tomatoes, 50 dag of cream, 2 gloves of garlic, 3 spoons of ketchup, 2 spoons of concentrated tomato sauce, 2 spoons of butter, bread crumbs, PORK SEASONING, salt and pepper.
Instruction: the loin cut into pieces, wrap in bacon slices. Butter the casserole and put the loin pieces into it. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil the cream, add ketchup and tomato concentrated sauce and chopped garlic. Add SEASONING and tomatoes. Pour the sauce into the casserole, on the meat. Cover with bread crumbs and the butter. Bake 50 min in an oven(175 C) Decorate with fresh herbs. Serve hot.
